North County, Hazelwood: the nearest room to this desk

14 Village Square Shop Ctr, Hazelwood, MO 63042. Phone (314) 627-1411. Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 12pm, closed daily from 12 to 2. This is the room for Hazelwood, Florissant, Bridgeton, Black Jack, Ferguson, the airport area, and anyone whose commute is I-270 across the top of the county or Lindbergh through the middle of it. The corridor entry is about the geography around it.

South County, Tesson Ferry

The room for O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, St. Peters, Dardenne Prairie, and the I-70 and I-64 corridors west of the Missouri River. The Wednesday and Friday schedule is by appointment, so for those days call ahead rather than driving over.

The 12 to 2 closure

All three rooms close from noon to two every day. The clinic publishes this as time for meetings. For the caller it means one thing: a call at 12:15 reaches a voicemail and a call at 9:05 reaches a person. Call before noon or after two. If you can only call at lunch, leave a message with your name, a number that reaches you, and the words "crash exam," and expect the call back after two.

How to choose

Drive time this week. That is the whole rule. What the rooms are not

They are not emergency rooms. Chest pain, a sudden severe headache, weakness or numbness on one side, trouble speaking, a loss of bowel or bladder control, or a head injury with vomiting or worsening confusion is an emergency room trip right now, not a call to a clinic.
